The invitation links that you receive per SMS or email allow you to access a patient file in Healico. If the link does not work, it may be one of the two options:
- You already have access to the patient file
- There was an issue while sending the link. In that case, ask your colleague to share the patient file once again
If the problem keeps happening, contact us at contact@healico.uk and we will try to help you get access to the patient file!
