The patient feed allows you access your patient information at a glance, just like your other collaborative and communication tools.
You can see all the posts related to the evolution of the patient, including photos, messages, summaries of assessments, and overview of the treatments indicated. The posts are ordered chronogically, with the last information at the top, and by scrolling, you can access older information with the exact dates.
You can also a list of tags indicating each wound type and location, as well as the preview of each wound photo gallery.
- The filter selected per default is the filter “all”, showing you posts related to all the patient wounds and all the photo galleries.
- The wound tags give you a view with posts only related to that specific wound (ex: if you selected “leg ulcer, right shin”, you will only see the photo gallery, the assessments, treatments and messages related to that wound)
- The posts with information not related to a wound in particular are gathered under the “non wound related” filter: when clicking on this filter, you will only see posts containing general patient information: code of the apartment, information on another pathology, etc.
- The closed wounds are the last filters and are in displayed in gray. You can’t add or edits posts associated to a closed wound.
You can export each post in PDF mode, by clicking in the “…” icon at the top right corner of each post.
