Can I save my patient’s medical information in Healico?

Of course! In Healico, you can complete your patient file by adding their administrative and medical information:

• At the top of your patient feed, click on the patient information menu button

• The Administrative section allows you to add and edit the patient primary information: name, gender, security social number

• The Health info section gives you the opportunity to add and edit all the patient’s medical information. You can save:

  • The list of the patient comorbidities and factors affecting healing: nutrition, dehydration, obesity
  • The list of his pathologies (diseases, surgeries, allergies)
  • The list of his medication
  • Information about his lifestyle and social environment (autonomy, compliance to treatment)

  All the necessary health information are gathered in this list.

• Then, to complete your holistic assessment, you can carry out the clinical assessment! Click on the purple creation button to save the necessary information (wound photos, assessment and treatment).

And you’re done!
