What can I write in the assessment and treatment notes?

You can add free notes at the end of the wound creation, of each assessment and treatment.

You can add any information that you find relevant for the wound evolution: you can specify the level of pain the patient is suffering from, inform your colleagues that the patient wound keeps on reopening, etc.
