Can I share patient files with caregivers who don’t have Healico?

Yes, you can share patient files with any healthcare professional who does not have Healico, provided that the patient agrees to have their information shared with them.

After you share a patient file, they will receive an invitation link by either SMS or email.

To get access to the patient file, they need to:

• Click on the link that will allow them to download Healico
• After downloading Healico, they can sign up and verify their professional status
• When it’s done, they only need to click on the same link again and they will get access to the patient file!
