Do I need a lock system in my phone to use Healico?

Yes, to start using Healico, your phone needs to be configured with a lock system: pattern, passcode, touch ID, fingerprint, face ID, face unlock.. whichever suits you best!

If you don’t have a lock system, you can add one in your phone settings:

• If you have an iPhone device, click on the “FaceID and passcode” section to set up the locking system of your phone
• If you have an Android device (Samsung, Xiaomi, Google Pixel, Huawei, other), click on the section about biometric data and security and set up the locking system.

Once you have added the locking system on your device, you can start using Healico!
