How can I add my patients’ assessments and treatments?

To add an assessment or indicate a treatment of your patient’ wound:

• Click on the purple creation button at the bottom right corner of the patient feed and select either “Assess a wound” or “add a treatment”
• Select the wound attached to the photos you wish to add: if the wound does not exist on Healico yet, select “new wound” and save your patient’s wound information: location, type, sub-type/origin, appearance date
• Save the assessment or treatment of your patient’s wound: don’t worry, you can always edit the information afterwards!
  • A “not now” button is always available if you do not want to fill the information immediately.

And you’re done! Find the summary of your assessment/treatment in a post on your patient feed, and you can click on it to find back all the details, and edit them if needed.

Tip: If you want to add additional information or inform your colleagues of an issue while assessing or treating your patient’s wound, you can comment the post! Click on the comment section and send your comment to your colleagues 😉
